Complain to TRAI

Hey folks!

Recently, my mobile phone service provider has been giving me a hard time. From automatic money laundering to service activations I had never requested, the mobile corporation provided me with lots of love. Now, being the unromantic person I am, I was left with the following options.

Option 1. Port my mobile number to another network.

Now, I know all mobile companies are capable of providing similar kinds of love, however, my current provider is famous for it's possessiveness. They don't call it number one for nothing!

Option 2. Complain.

Again, the question arises, where and how? So, this was the whole point of this post! TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Association of India) has provided me with this tool, which I was totally unaware of until today. Where is it? Ah, here we go fellas: www.tccms.gov.in

Waiting for the response still. Let's see what else goes wrong in our little love story!

  1. I'll keep my eyes and ears open to actually see if this works. If it does involve a Govt. clerical level -interference- interaction at any level, the users are doomed at best.
